Below we have the steps for you to follow to receive a professional customization with our specialized team:

1. What are you looking for?

Three different ideas to order our personalized products:

• If we have what you are looking for in our catalogue but it requires some modifications, whether with the design or the manufacturing materials, we can make it happen.
• If you are looking for products that we sell (ties, scarves, crystal, or watches), but they are not similar to our inventory and you want to make your own design, we can design it for you and produce it.
• If you have something particular in mind –a different product from the ones we sell– we will look for it.

2. Quotation and sample

Within 10 days we will give you a sales quote. Before we start creating your gifts, we will provide a physical sample within 10 to 20 days.

3. Final production

Once you have approved the sample, we will start the production process, which takes us 15 to 30 days. The last step of the process is the delivery of the products, either by plane or ship, depending on the customer’s preference.
